After attending Manhattan College in New York, Darrin ended up in the entertainment business where he found much success filming movies and TV shows. Upon entering the business world, Darrin became executive vice president of sales for FlySwipe, garnering more than 10 years of experience in leadership and national sales spanning the data, financial and travel industries. Darrin led the company’s direction in all avenues of sales, marketing materials, creation of new avenues of revenue and managing the Salesforce for FlySwipe.
The founding of Purple Solutions Insurance Group is the realization of an entrepreneurial dream for Darrin. He has teamed up with Joseph (Joey) Paluzzi in this enterprise which has been years in the making, and they are both in the midst of adding multiple services to help clients with nearly everything financial.
Giving back to the community is very important to Darrin. He serves on the board of Special Compass, a charity that helps differently-abled athletes take part in athletic events and triathlon races. Besides his board duties, Darrin takes every opportunity to pull, tow and push differently-abled athletes through numerous races in South Florida.
